l 个人概述:
彭杰,华中农业大学动物营养与饲料科学专业博士。广东省教育厅功能饲料与动物免疫调控创新团队成员,广东省农业厅饲料产业技术体系创新团队成员。主要从事母子一体化营养研究工作,重点关注单胃动物(猪、鸡、鸽、小鼠)脂质和氨基酸的营养需要、胎儿宫内发育迟缓的分子机制、肠道微生物与免疫互作等几个方面。以第一或并列第一作者在《Mol Nutr Food Res》(TOP),《BBA-Mol Cell Biol L》(TOP),《Anim Nutr》(TOP)等杂志发表SCI论文7篇,参编“十三五”国家重点图书《母猪营养代谢与精准饲养》,负责“母猪的脂质代谢及其对繁殖性能的影响”和“应用功能性脂肪酸调控母猪繁殖性能”两章内容的撰写。
